§ 36-8. Duty to make complaint.

Each and every police officer shall make complaint before the Judge of the Municipal Court, or his/her Clerk, of every person known to such officer to have violated any of the laws of the United States or the State of New Jersey or the ordinances of the Township, so that a warrant or summons for the appearance of the person charged with the violation may be issued.
