§ 3-92. Powers and duties.

The Mount Holly Municipal Utilities Authority shall have all of the rights and powers granted by law, and, specifically, shall have the discretionary powers to acquire, construct, maintain, operate and improve such utility systems as are defined in N.J.S.A. 40:1 4B-1 et seq., and shall be subject to all of the duties and obligations imposed by said Law.
