§ 106-18. License for kennel, pet shop, shelter or pound.

Any person who keeps or operates or proposes to establish a kennel, pet shop, shelter or pound shall apply to the proper municipal official, designated from time to time pursuant to § 106-10 or otherwise, for a license to keep and operate such establishment pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 4:19-15.8. All such facilities shall fully comply with the land use regulations of the Township.
