§ 170-4. Revocation of permit.

A.
The Township administration reserves the right, for just cause, to withdraw permission within five days of the event.

B.
In the case of a violation of Township ordinances regarding conduct or violations of the New Jersey Code of Criminal Justice, the permit may be revoked and event shut down by the Police Department.
