§ 216-21. Action by Township.

In the event that any rental unit covered under this article is without heat for a period in excess of four hours and either attempts to contact the owner or his agent have been unsuccessful or in the event that the owner has failed to take or institute remedial action, the Township shall have the authority to take such action as is necessary to provide heat to such units, as required by this article, from the designated oil service company and have the oil service company bill the owner for such service.
