§ 82-1. Prohibition.

It shall be unlawful for any owner of any lot or tract of land situated within the Township to permit or maintain on any such lot or tract of land any brush; weeds; dead or dying trees; stumps; roots; obnoxious growth; filth; garbage, trash or debris injurious to the public health, safety or general welfare or where the same shall tend to create a fire hazard; or grass of such a height that it is unsightly, obstructs vision or harbors mosquitoes or other noxious insects.
