§ 82-2. Removal by Township.

If it becomes necessary for Township employees to cut and remove or otherwise destroy such brush, weeds, dead or dying trees, stumps, roots, obnoxious growth, filth, garbage, trash and debris as directed by this section, the minimum charge per man-hour shall be $25 for labor. Equipment costs may be added to this hourly rate.
